Hydro collects the following information, which is stored locally on your device only:

• Water intake logs: Date, time, amount, and drink type of each entry
• User preferences: Daily goal, cup size, weight, reminder settings, theme preferences, and language selection
• Achievement data: Progress towards in-app achievements and streaks

2. How Your Data is Stored

All your personal data is stored:

• Locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework
• In an App Group container to enable widget and Apple Watch functionality
• On your iCloud account (if iCloud sync is enabled on your device) for backup purposes

We do not have access to your data. We do not operate any servers that collect or store your information.

3. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

Hydro displays advertisements through Google AdMob. Google may collect and use data to provide personalized ads. This may include:

• Device identifiers
• IP address
• Usage data related to ads

Your data remains on your device until you:

• Delete individual entries within the app
• Delete the app from your device
• Clear the app's data through device settings

6. Children's Privacy

Hydro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app is suitable for general audiences as a health and fitness tool.

7. Your Rights

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over your information:

• Access: View all your data within the app
• Delete: Remove individual entries or delete the app entirely
• Export: Your data syncs with iCloud if enabled

8. Security

Your data is protected by:

• Apple's device-level encryption
• Your device passcode/Face ID/Touch ID
• iCloud encryption (if sync is enabled)
